Only persons who have graduated with a degree of at least a masters level in psychology from a university or other institution of higher learning, or who have an equivalent education, are entitled to use the title “psychologist”. Regarding recognition of qualifications received

Authorized Psychologist. Only persons, who are entitled to use the title “psychologist”, and who after having acquired this degree have documented the completion of a supplementary, practical training that has had a duration of at least 2 years, or some similar training, as decided by the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice, are entitled to use the title “authorized psychologist”.
